This policy explains what personal data PropRule Ledger (propruleledger.com) collects and how it is used.

Contact form

Our contact form is processed by Netlify Forms, a service of our hosting provider, Netlify. When you send the form, we receive and store:

  • your email address;
  • your name, if you enter one;
  • the topic you choose, any page address you enter, and your message.

Netlify may also record technical information about the submission, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the form and filter spam.

We use this information only to reply to you and to check and correct the content you report. We do not sell it, use it for marketing or add you to a mailing list. We keep messages only as long as we need them for those purposes.

Email

If you email us at hello@propruleledger.com, we receive your email address and the content of your message, and use them in the same way as form submissions.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Netlify. Netlify may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site does not currently use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not set cookies of our own. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not send requests to font providers.

If we add analytics, advertising or any other tracking in the future, we will update this page before doing so, and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Links to firms

When you follow a link to a firm's website, including an affiliate link, that website may set its own cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy. We do not control those websites.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to a data protection authority. To make a request, email hello@propruleledger.com.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

We will update this page, including its "last updated" date, whenever our data practices change.
