About us
PropRule Ledger documents the published rules of futures and forex prop trading firms: costs, drawdown and loss limits, payout terms and availability by country. Our aim is to put each firm's rules into one consistent format, with a link to the official source for every value we show.
Who writes this site
Articles are written and maintained by the Prop Firm Research Team. We do not present ourselves as trading experts, and we do not claim to have traded with, passed an evaluation at, or received a payout from any firm we cover. Unless a page clearly states otherwise, reviews are based on the firm's public documentation.

How we collect data
We read each firm's own public pages, such as pricing pages, rule books, help center articles and terms of service. For every value we record:
- the value itself, for each account plan where rules differ between plans;
- the official page it comes from, which we link from the specification table;
- the date we last checked it against that page;
- a status showing whether it is verified, due for a recheck, not yet confirmed, or contradicted by another official source.
We do not estimate, round or fill in values we could not find. Where a value is missing or unclear, the page says "Not yet confirmed" or "Sources conflict — under review" instead.
How we verify and update data
Firms may change their rules and prices at any time. We recheck values against the firm's official pages and record the date of each check. When a value has not been checked recently, we mark it for a recheck and show the date it was last verified. Reader reports of outdated or incorrect data are checked against the official source before anything is changed; see our editorial policy for how corrections work.
Each review shows two separate dates: when the article was last updated, and when its data was last verified against official sources.
How we score firms
Scores follow a fixed, public scale with published criteria and weights. A criterion is scored only when the data it depends on has been verified, and the overall score is shown only when every criterion has been scored. The full scale is on our methodology page.
How this site is funded
Some links on this site may be affiliate links. If you purchase an evaluation or account through one of them, we may earn a commission from the firm at no extra cost to you. This is how we intend to fund the site.
- Firms cannot pay to be listed, ranked, reviewed or scored.
- Commissions do not affect scores, rankings or which firms we cover. Comparisons include firms we have no commercial relationship with.
- Every firm is labeled as either "Affiliate partner" or "No commercial relationship".
- Pages with affiliate links show a disclosure near the top.
